I'm a fitness/health advocate and love to experiment in the kitchen. About 4 years ago I was paleo for 2 years, and after that I was really focused on hitting macros (which allowed me to really understand the impact of food on the body in conjunction with training). Now I am focused on just keeping my body healthy and my mind sane, all the whilst treating myself to fun, healthy, food experiments.
